The Human Resource Committee, convenes on the first Tuesday of every month, usually at the Alliance Elks Club. Open to all member companies of the Chamber, the committee welcomes attendees from their HR teams.
During these meetings, participants have the opportunity to network with local HR administrators, exchange ideas, address concerns, and share valuable tips that can be implemented in their respective workplaces.
Each meeting features a knowledgeable presenter covering a wide range of topics, including labor law, compliance, training, technical education and development, mental illness, cyber security, and much more. We actively encourage participants to suggest topics of interest, enabling us to align future speakers with the specific needs of the group.
By fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among HR professionals, our committee strives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource management within our local business community.
