As chief communication officer at the University of Mount Union, she has led initiatives in strategic planning, crisis response, and reputation management, including spearheading a major rebrand during the institution's transition from college to university. A magna cum laude graduate of Mount Union, Melissa also holds an M.A. in journalism and mass communication from Kent State and a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell, complementing her training in leadership through HERS and Brené Brown's Dare to Lead framework.

Amy Beth brings over a decade of marketing expertise to her work as the owner of The Hidden Abbey Event Center and Happy Occasions. She has a proven track record of creating impactful campaigns for small businesses and nonprofits, leveraging her skills to drive engagement and build strong brand identities. At The Hidden Abbey, she applies her marketing knowledge to position the venue as a sought-after destination for special events, while her graphic design experience enhances her ability to produce visually compelling materials. An expert in Canva, Amy Beth designs vibrant social media posts, business cards, flyers, and more, helping businesses and clients communicate their unique stories effectively.

Trista Todd is a marketing and development strategist with nearly 20 years of experience leading innovative campaigns, driving business growth, and managing successful fundraising initiatives. As the Director of Marketing and Development with the Greater Alliance Foundation, she leads efforts to enhance community engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and develop impactful charitable giving strategies. Her career highlights include spearheading a $1.8 million fundraising effort, overseeing marketing for prominent businesses, and launching initiatives that deliver measurable results. A Malone University graduate with expertise in marketing strategy, Trista brings a collaborative and results-oriented approach to every project.

Now a Marketing Coach with Spire, she got her start with a senior living company first as their Social Media Specialist, eventually growing the role into the Corporate Director of Advertising.
